We are now looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to establish and oversee our world-class global marketing operations center, optimize deployment and develop analytics to provide insight for data-driven planning. The location for this position is at the Epicenter in Stockholm, Sweden, and you report to the Vice President of Global Marketing, SAMT.

Your mission - establishing and overseeing our world-class global marketing operations center
In this position, you're responsible for defining a marketing operations vision that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates acquisition growth, as well as for developing our marketing infrastructure. You're an expert on how different systems and tools are connected and constantly strive to improve them. You deliver effective change management and communication for technology implementation, data-policy and process re-engineering within marketing, and you ensure impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on the contribution of marketing to the business. Along with this, you always strive to find the best way to measure and monitor KPIs, and you're an expert obtaining information in and out of Salesforce and create automated reports and analytics - implementing and managing lead-to-sales funnel automation process, policies, scoring methodology, workflows, and service level agreements.

Your character - a strategic thinker and business-oriented doer driven by results
We're looking for someone with a background of at least seven years in marketing operations, ideally from a B2B tech company, and preferably a degree in Marketing or similar. You have extensive experience from Salesforce and Pardot, and a deep understanding of how to optimize infrastructure, workflow, and analytics. You have a proven track record of identifying and analyzing best martech and implementing it successfully, solid knowledge of how machine learning and artificial intelligence impact the marketing and business strategy, and experience of integrating the right tools to develop an automated acquisition and retention marketing framework. You also have a strong understanding of the lead sales funnel and demand generation, and the ability to translate business objectives into operational requirements. As we operate on the global stage, your English skills must be exceptional, verbally and in writing.

You're a strategic thinker with the business acumen to drive data-driven decisions into actionable insights to fuel sales growth. These characteristics, together with your independent working style and "can do attitude", are your cornerstones when facing challenges. You have outstanding communication skills that you use to collaborate and build relationships, and to inspire and motivate your team. You're thoughtful yet decisive, and work well in a fast-paced team environment without losing focus on quality and details. As your team grows, you must also display strong leadership skills in order to lead a team towards successfully achieving both marketing and company-wide goals!
