We are now looking for a Head of the Leadership & Management Academy, a key position to support our continued journey and leadership principles; lead with passion, perform with purpose and transform with vision!

You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team with learning professionals, supporting the Volvo Group to Perform and Transform. Job summary
The Academy develops, maintains and guides to learning solutions for professional development, in close collaboration with our business organizations, leading suppliers and academia. As Head of Leadership & Management Academy you will lead, develop, and inspire your team, creating a working environment that brings the best out of everyone. You are responsible for the quality and relevance of the learning portfolio to support leadership development across Volvo Group. The Academy is guided by an Advisory Board with senior business representatives and works in close collaboration with the "Head of Performance & Leadership" at Group People & Culture.
You will report to the Head of Volvo Group University and be part of the Volvo Group University Leadership team, where you will take an active part in our continuous development and strategy implementation.
Who are you?
A committed, credible, and trusted professional with a proven leadership record, extensive HR experience in global organizations and a true passion for learning. You thrive by leading cross-functional collaboration, exploring solutions and sharing with multiple stakeholders. You are capable of driving results through people and networks internally and externally. You have exceptional communication skills, encompassing coaching senior colleagues and communicating initiatives across teams.
