As our Head of Growth, you will be at the forefront of crafting and implementing revolutionary strategies to skyrocket customer acquisition and enhance our brand presence. Your mission will be to transform insights into actions and turn every opportunity into success.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand enhancement.
Collaborate with the Product team to ensure our brand's voice is integrated across all Bannerflow touchpoints.
Work closely with the Sales team to generate high-quality MQLs and demand-driven revenue.
Partner with the Customer Success department to design targeted programs that boost customer engagement, upsell, and reduce churn.
Take full PnL responsibility, managing budgets and resources to ensure the financial health of the marketing department.
