The Role
Responsible for sale and conversion online, with a clear focus on growth and globalization. Developing the customer experience online by improving the online store, campaign plan, the skills of the team and by acting operational within the team. The go to person when it comes to developing the brand experience online.
The Head Of E-commerce is responsible for three out of five overall KPI 's within the Stronger strategi for the coming years.
The head of e-commerce will have a toolbox to succeed in the mission:
• The overall campaign plan
• Newsletter
• Social Media
• UX Design
• Online Merchandising
• Online developers
• Provider of content for the site and for communication
