The opportunity
Imagine leading the strategy and growth across franchise partners, wholesale accounts, digital marketplaces, and consignment relationships globally. That's the playing field.
As Head of B2B, you'll be the strategic mind and commercial driver behind how Lindex shows up in markets around the world. This role carries full ownership of revenue and P&L. It's about building something bigger: partnerships that last, teams that thrive, and a B2B operation that feels unmistakably Lindex.
The role spans borders and departments, turning market opportunities into reality. Whether it's entering a new marketplace, optimizing the franchise model, or reimagining how Lindex works with wholesale partners - this position sits at the center of it all.

In this exciting role you will own:
The Big Picture - Full accountability for sales performance and profitability across all B2B channels. Setting the strategy, driving execution, and making sure every partner reflects who Lindex is as a brand.
The Details that Matter - From forecasting and KPIs to partner onboarding and training, overseeing the full lifecycle. Close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, and the Expansion team keeps everything aligned and moving forward.
The Growth Story - Spotting opportunities and turning them into new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams. Leading the charge into new territories and platforms while strengthening what's already built.
