We are now looking for a Head of B2B Partnerships to join our team and be part of Viaplays fantastic journey.
THE POSITION
Head of B2B Partnerships will be in charge of managing partner strategy, operations and coordination around Viaplays Business-to-Business partnerships with telecom operators, ISPs, mobile phone operators and others throughout the Nordics. The role is a central one with primarily a commercial focus, collaborating closely with local NENT teams in the Nordic countries and other central functions to establish and build partner relations and maximize value creation. The Head of B2B Partnerships will take on a holistic view of the Partnerships business area, from defining strategy and commercial framework, to coordinating implemetations and reporting setups. The goal is to have an end-to-end perspective and drive growth in the B2B business area for Viaplay. The Head of B2B Partnerships will report to SVP, Head of Viaplay & Viafree and be part of the Viaplay management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and manage commercial framework and strategy for B2B Partnerships
• Set tactics to maximize value creation in close collaboration with local B2B partner managers
• Interfacing with central Viaplay tech organization, building an understanding for all stakeholders for trade-offs between technical complexity and commercial benefits.
• Gather all NENT B2B stakeholders in a virtual team setup, to establish line of sight into business area status and forecast, as well as plan actions to deliver on business plan ambitions.
• Provide local B2B functions and KAMs with tactical information, information flow, case studies, and other support as needed to maximize value creation in business area.
• Stakeholder management throughout organization to have a coherent view on priorities and plans within the B2B partnerships area.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• 5+ years of work experience in Partnership Management, preferably B2B and/or Telco experience
• Excellent commercial and strategic skills
• Structured way of working, with strong ability to plan and lead workstreams
• Business acumen, being able to see the bigger picture
• Strong leadership abilities and experience
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, technical skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
