Take overall responsibility for Alight Asset Management - establishing one combined Technical and Commercial function to manage Alights TCAM activities (see attached overview of key TCAM activities)
Ensure we have a scalable Asset Management organisation and operating model in place
ACTIVITIES IN THE ROLE
Manage and prioritise ongoing TCAM activities in Alight - minimise downtime and ensure operating budgets are met
Lead substantial development work to set the asset management operating model that will allow Alight to scale
Make decisions around level of outsourcing vs inhouse and build team appropriately
Select and implement Asset management software
Support new sales/projects with respect to Asset Management questions
Provide technical and Asset Management perspectives back into the sales, site development and construction teams
