We are looking for a Head Account Management to Gothenburg
Do you want to be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our business and the relationships with all WirelessCar Customers?
The area of responsibility is both for the current, ongoing business and more importantly for driving and developing our future business, together with each Key Account Manager. The Head of Account Management has business and commercial responsibility for all customers.
We believe that you contribute with excellent communication and negotiation skills but also with deep knowledge of the digital services ecosystem, preferably within the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities
You will have responsibility for the overall team including direct line management and ongoing development of a team of 6 senior Key Account Managers. You are also here to support the customers strategic market position - both existing and wanted market position. With a positive approach, we want you to promote relations with coworkers, partners, vendors, and other key contributors in the eco-system.
You will:
• Lead and coordinate the Key Account Management team
• Be responsible for overall revenue from existing customers
• Be responsible for all commercial agreements with the customer
• Be responsible for the overall Customer satisfaction
• Actively work with partners to develop business and increase sales
• Identify, create, and drive new business opportunities for the customer
• Help set pricing for the solutions we sell to the customer
• Set salaries for and give recognition to direct reports according to company policies
Who are you?
You have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. You are a "people person" who is result-driven, has a strong customer focus, and highly developed business acumen. There is a clear agenda to grow with profitability and it is essential to have the interest to take an active part in this "change journey".

Way of working
You will work closely with the VP Sales & Marketing and be a part of the Key Account Management team which includes 6 persons. This role will also include traveling to our global customers.
At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup. The preferred work location for this position is Gothenburg to be able to work close to your team.
