hela Sverige Are you ready for an international career within the intersection between business and IT? Do you want to be a part of forming the future supply chain for H&M? We are looking for "Business smart IT people" or "IT smart Business people" for our IT Trainee Program created to develop future H&M talents.
As one of our H&M IT trainees you will participate in a program lasting 10 months starting in August 2016. The trainee program is cross-functional with focus on our business processes and IT solutions within sales, supply chain (both retail and online selling), finance and change management. This gives you a solid foundation in how we at H&M run innovative global projects from both a Business and IT perspective.
The program consists of a mixture of training and project based tasks with the purpose to provide you with hands-on experience from several key business areas. In addition to training in our business processes and ERP solutions (SAP) you will also learn about the H&M values, how you work with feedback and project methodology. To get insight into our core business you will work in our stores and warehouses as well as in other areas of H&Ms dynamic organization.

The trainee program places high demands on you but in return we can guarantee you an exciting and challenging job where you are expected to take on great responsibility. You will soon lead workshops and meetings and be responsible for deliveries to roll out or develop solutions within your focus area. To help you in your personal development you will have a mentor. After graduation you will be ready for a leading and/or specialist role such as Business Expert, Application Expert or Roll-out Project Manager. Regardless of role, you will be working at the intersection between business and IT.

You will be based in Stockholm, but your future role may require extensive travel.
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You always look for constant improvements and have a commercial awareness.
We are looking for:
• Newly graduates within computer science, engineering and/or business. You can also have up to 2 years of working experience after graduation
• Driven and result oriented personalities with excellent communication skills
• Doers with strong analytical skills and leadership experience/qualities
• International experience from either work or studies
• English is mandatory, any additional languages are meriting
It is an extra merit if you also have working experience within retail, logistics, finance or ERP solutions.
