Joint Academy is a global leader in delivering digital treatment for chronic joint pain, connecting patients with licensed Physical Therapists. Backed by science, our clinically validated treatment programs include individualized exercises, interactive education and tracking tools. The intersection of digital treatment and data science opens up new possibilities of treating patients in a sustainable and more personal way, while reducing pain and improving quality of life.
With Joint Academy, you're joining a scaleup with a global reach beyond its origins in Sweden, treating patients in five markets across two continents.
Our HQ, along with the majority of our Product and Engineering people, is located in Malmö, Sweden. However, this position is remote eligible if you're a citizen of the EU, UK, US or Canada.
The Opportunity
As Product Manager - Community you'll lead a cross-functional team of developers, researchers, designers and analysts in building world class social features into the core of the Joint Academy patient experience.
Community is part of the Growth product area, which strives to maximize our Pirate metrics across all our channels and target groups. Community is a central lever in our engagement and retention efforts.
Our initial bet is Groups, which lets patients connect with peers and share experiences with one another throughout their treatment journey.
Product Management at Joint Academy
Product Managers are responsible for defining the product strategy, vision and roadmap and are accountable for value and outcomes in their product areas.
We collaborate closely with partners across the organization. They meet with users and stakeholders such as payers, providers and patients to build empathy and insights.
Together with cross functional teams of developers, designers, researchers and analysts, we hypothesise, build, ship, validate and iterate on user-focused, high-quality apps and services.
We favor outcomes over output, formulate hypotheses and validate them, and leverage a modern product stack to build world class products in service of health care providers and patients everywhere.
