hela Sverige The section workshops 26770 within department Complete Vehicle are now looking for a new group manager for the vehicle workshop group (26774)
The section consists of 4 groups and in total about 65 persons where of vehicle workshop are about 15 persons.
Vehicle workshop is responsible for e.g.
Maintenance on test vehicles
Workshop support to field test department
Rebuild of trucks for various projects
Workshop support for safety testing
Tasks and responsibilities:
As a group manager you are a member of the sections management team.
The result of the team is important and you are measured by your ability to lead your own group as well as your support to the sections development.
As a group manager you will:
Define, agree, communicate and execute towards strategies and targets for the group
Develop and manage the business, working methods and people within your group
Continuously inspire, develop and motivate the people within your group
Have the full budget responsibility
You should have the ability to adapt your leadership to different situations where broad vehicle knowledge combined with leadership skills are vital.
Coaching is natural part of your daily tasks.
Skills/Background required:
Have the ability to inspire and to motivate
Be able to delegate and to let your co-workers grow
Have leaders profile and easily cooperate with others
Have experience from product development and workshop environment
Great interest for people and techniques
Have a good knowledge of trucks
