The Parts Logistics IT team is now looking for a group manager Parts Applications and Data to jointhis exciting journey! You will be in the centre of our journey to bring business critical functionalityto a new cloud based solution; driving the transformation to a modern digital ecosystem, workingclosely with Parts Logistics business. The Parts Logistics IT team is closely integrated with theGlobal Scania IT organisation. The challenge
We are looking for a servant leader to manage the Parts Applications & data team (IADB). Within thedepartment Sales and Services IT, you will be an active member in the management team of PartsLogistics IT. As a group manager, you are responsible to ensure personal and professional growthof each team member.
You will work in close collaboration with IT and Business teams to steer and drive improvements inan agile way of working within the scope of global and retail planning (applications SPM/DSM),service management activities for Parts Logistics and data products.
One of the key activities during the next years will be the journey to bring the planning applications to a future-proof cloud-based platform, enabling new possibilities for the business and to assure that Scania has the right capabilities to support it. Next to that the mission of Scania Parts Logistics is to become a data-driven organisation, acceleration is needed to make data an integral part of the everyday work. You will be part of an exciting information management journey were defining a strategy and plan forward together with business will be key. Together with the team you will support business in delivering BI solutions and advanced analytics.

You possess excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills and an ability tocommunicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You believe and act with an agile mindset and you strive for continuous improvements with an easefor adaptability. You have a good knowledge and experience from software development processesand can participate in technical discussions in order to support the team to build a qualitativeproduct. You most likely have an academic background within IT or similar working experience.
