Join our dynamic team as a Group Manager Motor Drive System Software within the Electronics Engineering section and make a significant impact. A key component within Electromobility is Electronics Engineering. Our department is responsible for development, verification and delivery of electronics hardware and application software platform and components in accordance with the system requirements and project scope. We contribute to the technical roadmap and advanced engineering portfolio. We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.

Who are you?
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a genuine interest and ability to build effective teams, fostering diversity in styles, perspectives, and experiences while aligning the team with common objectives. Qualifications:
• Management experience with a passion for people development and team growth
• Program management experience from a large global organization, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Engineering background and extensive experience in:
• Embedded systems development, within the area of electric motor system
• Embedded Software development
• Leading platform development
• MSc. in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
Work is located in Gothenburg at the Group Trucks Technology HQ.
