The group Cross Services Delivery IT is a support function within the department Services Delivery IT (SD IT). The cross team is responsible for the overall architecture for the IT landscape at SD IT. A holistic view over the entire SD Process and its surrounding domains is required. Furthermore the team is responsible to provide senior resources to the entire SD IT and taking lead in assignments that are cross Services Delivery as well as cross IT.

Today's group manager is taking up a new challenge within IT and we are now looking for an experienced group manager wanting to broaden her/his knowledge within the business area of Services Delivery IT.

Your profile
You are a natural leader, who has the courage to drive change and take decisions along the journey. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is vital in driving the development of both team and individuals. Having a close dialogue and cooperation with the business is natural to you, as is understanding your team's deliverables. You have good knowledge in IT and like to handle both strategic and technical discussions. You have proven experience from coaching and leading teams in their journey towards a more self-organising team. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
