In this position you will have a global responsibility for Information Technology and Information Systems across all Rosti sites.
Your main responsibilities:
Development, update and continuous improvement of the Group IT Strategy, policies and road maps which should serve as steering documents for IT/IS development in Rosti for the coming years
Direct leadership of the group IT team
Work towards Rosti Executive Management to optimize the future vision of IT to support and be part of the business
Ensure alignment with divisional management and divisional IT resources
Development of IS environment in order to optimize the operational output
Development of infrastructure architecture roadmap
Enterprise architecture
MS Dynamics 2009 system development and stability
Project Management and delivery
Budget planning and follow up
HSE compliance and accident control
What we are looking for:
We believe that you have 10+ years of relevant experience as well as adequate education. The last years you have been working in similar position where you have been supporting senior management teams on creating and implementing IT strategy with focus on infrastructure and alignment of companywide IT processes. You are an analytical problem solver but you are also a visionary and collaborative leader working closely with people on all levels. You have strong communication skills and appreciate value driven organizations.
