Job Summary

The SME Internal Control & SOX supports the Head of Unit and the Group SOX Compliance Manager with all applicable activities enabling an effective & efficient SOX compliance in Contract Accounting and Revenue Recognition for the Ericsson Group. In addition, the SME Internal Control & SOX participates to the establishment, deployment & maintenance of the Ericsson Internal Control Framework for Contract Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

In your role as SME Internal Control & SOX (Specialist Project Accounting & Revenue Recognition) at GFFI FCBS Internal Control & EGMS, you are part of the global SOX & Internal Control Team and part of the team's ambition to develop the Internal Control Framework and modernize the Ericsson's SOX Framework.


Responsibilities & Tasks

Tasks are including, but are not limited to:

Responsibility for Revenue & Cost Recognition SOX Process Controls Framework: risk analysis, control design, control deployment, result analysis,
Responsibility for further Development of the Internal Control Framework for Revenue & Cost Recognition end-to-end controls in cooperation with Process Management and CBE Operational units.
Liaison with the external auditors: Process walk-through & audit response preparation
SOX Compliance Manager Network meetings and activity coordination to support remediation activities.


Minimum Qualification and Experience requirements

Master Degree in Finance or equivalent experience
Solid knowledge of the CBE process & of Contract Accounting in SAP ONE
Experience as a Business Controller and/or Contract Controller and/or PSP
Experience as an external auditor
Several years of proven experience in the SOX Compliance area
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Experience of leading working teams & projects
Proven ability to interact with and through multiple organizations
