This role centers on enhancing financial analysis and reporting to aid in evaluating our financial health against past projections, plans, and previous years. You will play a critical role in advancing our management reporting procedures, creating insightful dashboards, and lending your expertise to various strategic financial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly management reports on consolidated financials.
• Analyze group results to assess financial performance.
• Develop and support BI dashboards for comprehensive management reporting.
• Participate in ERP and financial consolidation tool implementations.
Deliverables:
• Monthly financial analyses, consolidated forecasts, budgets, and contributions to improve monthly closings and other processes.
Qualifications:
• A university degree relevant to finance.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance analytics roles, such as FP&A or Group Controlling, preferably within a large international company or with a Big 4 background.
• Solid understanding of accounting, group accounting, business, and controlling.

You will be joining a five-member team dedicated to bridging long-term strategic financial planning with short-term targets. This role requires a deep understanding of financial trends and accounting practices, geared towards a fast-paced setting.
