Perido is looking for a Group Finance Manager to our client Netlight. Netlight provides a full range of premium IT-consulting services at the forefront of the digital industry and stands out for its product- and technology-independent expertise in a wide range of industries and clients. We are looking for you
Working within Finance at Netlight requires a strong business sense as you will work in a high-paced and ever-changing organization. At Netlight new perspectives are highly valued and to thrive in this role you need an open and creative mindset. You are a quick learner and know how to transform tips and tricks into your own way of dealing with different Finance related tasks. You like to challenge yourself and others to grow with each task and responsibility. You can work strategically as well as operatively where you will manage projects as well as support the delivery of the team. We would also like to see you have a passion for building a great culture and creating motivation and engagement within the finance team and the organization.
You will be a part of an international team of 18 colleagues.
Your tasks include in particular:
Finance team management and support of personal development
Strategic planning of the finance function
Manage projects and improve efficiency
Support in accounting related questions
Growing the team and resource planning

Qualifications
University degree with a background in economics or a comparable professional career
5+ years of experience in finance and accounting
Good leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team
Relevant understanding of ERP systems and experienced with MS-Office
Understanding and experience of internal accounting processes
Effective communication skills, business fluent in Swedish, and full professional proficiency in English

Contract type and hours
Full-time. Assignment initially 6 months through Perido, thereafter possible over-recruitment to Netlight. Start in the summer.
