The product range is a large variety of applications from sophisticated central gas systems for research facilities, hospitals and industrial applications to single pressure regulators for several industries and applications. The group is organized in four business areas - Cutting & Welding Technologies, Valves, Healthcare and Druva (High Purity Specialty Gases). The headquarters are in Malmö, Sweden, and the main productions facilities are located in the Czech Republic and China. Local assembly operations exist in a few additional locations. Then the position as Group Controller at GCE Group might be something for you. The position is located at the headquarters in Malmö and reports to the CFO.

Main responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Responsible for consolidation of approximately 30 companies
• Internal and external reporting
• Budget, estimates and forecasts
• Cost accounting and transfer pricing
• Project work and participation in our lean implementation
• Provide ad-hoc analysis
• Develop and improve routines, systems and reporting policies
• Provide support to the organization in respect to accounting and financial analysis regarding questions from sales and business to production and manufacturing

Candidate profile
The successful candidate has 7-10 years of relevant experience, partly from one of the leading audit firms and partly from working with controlling in a manufacturing or/and international environment. It is important that you have a comprehensive understanding and interest of accounting. You have a university degree in Business Administration and you are proficient in English, both oral and written. Strong Excel skills are required and a great general interest within IT is appreciated.

You are a respectful, educational and communicative team player with a can-do attitude. You possess an analytical ability and you are structured with a capacity and interest to work with the bigger picture as well as details. Further you are ambitious and patient and can easily adapt to changes with a hands-on approach.

Some travelling will be required.
