The newly merged Group Digital, Operations and Technology Development (DOT) shall support the Group in the digital, operational and technological transformation and safeguard synergies by:
• Leveraging on new business models and technology and set common base structures
• Managing difficult business trade-offs between cost-speed-structure
• Challenging our increasingly important innovation agenda
• Supporting the Group's divisions in their transformation
Group Technology Office:
The Group Technology Office (TO) lead the Group's technology and innovation management initiative, building a common vision, strategy and agenda in the medium-, to long-term perspective. In addition, TO set the cross division platform, commonality and compliance agenda for the Group supporting product-centric brand uniqueness, autonomy and performance while delivering synergies and scale. TO coordinates product strategies and roadmaps cross brand divisions to help capture Group advantages.
Position/Job Description
The position is a combined role where approximately 50% of the time relates to business controlling of Technology Office supporting the CTO and 50% relates to coordinating business control over the newly created DOT function and supporting the EVP.
The role as such will require some travelling and the individual must be able to build networks within the organization and find cross divisional interfaces and connections.

Essential Duties:
Group Digital, Operations and Technology Department (DOT)
• Active member of the DOT management team
• Govern and consolidate strategical cross-functional/divisional projects
• Consolidate and present financials for DOT and manage the budget process
• Secure financial compliance and set up guidelines in DOT for major initiatives
• Ensure sound business judgement
• Member of Project Prioritization Forum
