We are now looking for a Full-time Fundraising and IT Administrative Assistant to support our fundraising and IT projects across the Nordic region. This is a fixed-term maternity cover.

The key responsibility of the Fundraising and IT department is to maximise income from individual donors by inspiring and engaging them, and also ensure the IT analysis and support framework that allows our teams to transform Greenpeace campaigns into victories for the environment. We aim to ensure a cost effective, ethical and sustainable fundraising base to meet the needs of Greenpeace in the Nordic region.
About the role:
This full-time position based in Stockholm will be responsible to lead the administrative work of the Fundraising and IT Department across our Nordic operations (Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway).
The role’s responsibilities include: administrative and executive assistance to the Fundraising and IT Director, and administrative support to the Fundraising and IT Management Team (FMT) to enable the effective functioning of the Fundraising Department and the IT Department and the fulfilment of each Department’s goals. This position will provide support, proactive coordination and communication for the department’s work, including producing a variety of reporting and presentations as well as developing systems and procedures for information management.
About you:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management Information System / Communications / IT or related fields is desirable
Experience working in a fundraising or marketing department
Experience in IT administration is desirable
Experience in budget forecasting and preparing annual budgets
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English plus, ideally, in one Nordic language
Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to work effectively in a team but also to work independently, and unsupervised
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload and work simultaneously on different projects
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
