Who are you?
You have recently finished, or are about to finish, a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent, and are eager to work as a Project Manager. During your studies you have successfully planned, budgeted, and managed one or several projects, preferably using an agile method. In order to acheive this you have used your excellent communication skills and business acumen.
As a person you're extremely driven, structured, and solution oriented. You're also considerate and down-to-earth, enjoy working in teams, meeting new people, learning new things, and sharing knowledge.
It's a bonus if you've done your thesis or had a temporary job within the manufacturing industry, especially life science, defense or automotive.
For Knightec, communication is key. Both internally and externally. We think you communicate fluently in either Swedish or English, but preferably in both.
What will you do?
As a Project Manager you will be part of a team at Quality and Management, a business area of Knightec focusing on project management, quality assurance, and business development.
Most of our clients are in the life science, defense, and automotive industries. At Knightec we help them streamline, develop, and certify their businesses and products, based on risk assessment, as well as industry demands and standards.
As a graduate Project Manager you will manage parts of projects, making sure they're delivered on time and on budget. In most cases you will be part of a team with a Senior Project Manager.
Knightec is divided into regions, and you will be working in region South, which covers the Skåne area. Your base will be one of our offices in Helsingborg or Lund, but you will spend most of your time at one of our clients.
But that doesn't mean you'll be alone. There will most likely be others from Knightec at the client's office, or on your team. You will also have access to Knightec's digital networks where you can interact with your colleagues, and there will be plenty of Knightec activities you can choose to take part in. Some will be purely social, and some will be aimed at developing your skills, such as talks, courses, and certifications.
