Your future challenge
As Contract Management Graduate, you will be part of the business unit Aeronautics/Gripen – responsible for winning business, and execute business for Gripen Contracts.
Together with your dedicated team, you will not only be responsible for risks and time schedule reporting, but also work with existing as well as new and follow-on contracts. Primarily, you will collect and analyse information on risks and milestone parameters as well as take action on the results. Further, you will report and prepare decision material as well as meet and negotiate with our customers. Overall, your work will involve Project Management, Risk Management and Planning Management. Another part of your job will be to work in close collaboration with customers and other business areas, but also development, production and purchasing within Aeronautics.

Are you a future leader?
To be a successful trainee, you need a Master of Science in Engineering, recently graduated or have a approximately two years’ work experience. Besides this, and extra important for this role, is your understanding of figures and technology.
As we are looking for future leaders, you must have the right motivation and drive to deliver excellent results. You must show potential for business understanding and strategic thinking. Good collaboration and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to motivate and involve your coworkers. You also need to be a curious and humble team player with commitment and a lot of energy. As Saab is a global company, you need an intercultural mind-set and, of course, great English skills. International experience will be to your advantage.
The position entails working with classified information and requires Swedish citizenship.
