We're looking for a Global Technology engineer to Business Unit Gasketed Plate heat exchangers (BU GPHE) in Lund. Who you are
Business Unit GPHE is now looking for a Global Technology engineer where we give you the possibility to work in a global environment and playing an important part in growing and developing the sales of gasketed plate heat exchangers to the Oil & Gas industry. High quality products and more than 40 years of experience of customer understanding has enabled us to build a premium market position. You will be part of a global team of sales engineers and sales developers growing and developing this business from the headquarter in Lund.
Personal profile & qualificationsWe are looking for a process engineer with university degree in chemical engineering or similar a genuine interest in supporting and managing business. You are engaged and like to take initiatives and want to be involved in major decisions. We want you to be a team player, since global cooperation is important for our business and involves building networks within Alfa Laval and among our important customers. Ideally you have some years of experience from international GPHE business, a solid understanding of CAS and the Oil & Gas processes, and project orders.

You must have good knowledge about heat transfer, spoken and written English at negotiation level and good interpersonal skills. Team player value, work ethics, personal drive & initiative, as well as organizational skills are all musts for this position.
Responsibilities
Actively help our sales companies calculate and configure heat exchanger solutions within your area of responsibility
Actively improve our knowledge in our customers' processes
Engage in the development of training material, and process and product knowledge in our global sales organisation
Supporting and developing the GPHE business within your area of responsibility based on our business initiatives
Actively involving stakeholders within the Alfa Laval organization.
Travel to sales companies and customers for process and technical discussions, seminars, training sessions
