This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for over-recruitment. Tasks and responsibilities:

As a Solutions Specialist at Flowbird, you work with technical problem solving of company products. You work with four other colleagues in a tight team. Via a case management system and escalations from 1st line organizations, both from subsidiaries and distributors, you receive cases that require a high technical understanding. The cases deal with, for example, technical troubleshooting of issues with customer parking meters and surveillance integrations, as well as setting up and verifying more complex service configurations. You also have close contact with the R&D department to coordinate more advanced analysis, bug fixes and improvements.

In order to maintain satisfactory system and customer service level 24/7, the position will over time also include a recurring on-call duty, in accordance with current labor agreement, for troubleshooting of any critical disturbances and informing affected customers continuously.

In addition to this, you are as a team responsible for the education of service and support staff at subsidiaries and distributors all around the world in Flowbird's products. This can lead to around 20 travelling days a year. Your daily work and most of your time is spent at the office in Kista.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• At least 2 years of experience from technical 1st line support
• Great technical interest
• Fluent in English, other languages such as French are a merit

Merit:
• Knowledge of XML
• Previous experience of payment solutions
• Knowledge of networks
