We are looking for an experienced Global Service Readiness Engineer to join our team!
What you'll do
Developing, updating and maintaining our internal and external product service documentation
Defining procedures for field modifications, calibrations, and part replacements
Owning product and subsystem requirements related to serviceability and diagnosis
Setting FRU (spare part) strategies and interfacing with external organizations such as Service Operations
Providing high quality service deliverables within the scope of New Product Introduction projects and Product Care activities
Driving technical solutions and program leadership to improve the product, process or technology
Maintaining effective quality systems compliant with Cytiva Quality policies and Six Sigma standards
Who you are
Self-motivated engineer with relevant work experience in service or project/product development (e.g. System Engineering)
Field service experience is considered a plus
Hands-on approach with regards to installations, upgrades and repairs
Customer oriented attitude with effective communication skills
Demonstrated technical depth with problem-solving techniques and meeting deadlines & deliverables
Experience of technical writing and defining requirement specifications (e.g. Design for Serviceability / Design for Reliability)
Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking
Fluency in Swedish, both in writing and speaking
