Oriflame is now looking for a Senior Brand Manager to work in the Fragrance category team as part of our Global Product Marketing team.
Your responsibilities
• Build strong category and segment knowledge
• Follow up on market development and consumer insight
• Take active part in brand/segment strategy and support category strategy work
• Own and manage specific portfolio
• Develop brand development strategies
• Create new brand concepts/products
• Financial follow-up on concepts and launch productivity
• Manage simultaneous several product development projects in accordance with new product development process
• Develop exciting, full-scale launch support material for key product launches
What we are looking for
• Have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Have a minimum 6 years? working experience in brand management ideally in fragrance industry
preferably from an international environment
• Good experience in concept/product development
• Be a creative team player with stellar analytical skills
• Have some good management skills
• Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
