With offices in Gothenburg and Chicago we are now looking to recruit an experienced Global Sales and Marketing Manager for our growing team.
Diasend has been growing solidly over the past couple of years and we will continue to grow during 2013 with exciting new opportunities ahead.
Role overview
The Sales and Marketing Managers role will be to develop and manage marketing plans, implement sales plans and manage a team of engaged and enthusiastic members. Travel is required and we see this role as an essential part of the success for our business with exciting new global developments and expansions.
Principal responsibilities:
• Establishing marketing and sales objectives by assigning, scheduling, coaching the team, planning, monitoring and reviewing job contributions.
• Creating and achieving marketing and sales objectives, creating marketing material and make recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Forecasting requirements including input to annual budget for sales and marketing activities.
• Projecting expected sales volume and analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies.
• Identifying marketing opportunities and accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising campaigns.
• Customer visits together with sales team. This includes extensive travel to the markets (USA/Europe).

• Experience in the medical device industry or in the field of diabetes is an advantage

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Additional European languages is an advantage
Location
The role will be based at our head office in Göteborg (Datavägen 14a, Askim)
