hela Sverige Electrolux has implemented five Global Product Lines that will lead the Global Product Boards, optimize product category planning and manage cross sector, core product projects. The Global Product Line Controller will provide proactive financial leadership to the Global Product Line, so we can leverage our full Global strength in the new organisation. The Global Product Line controller will have responsibility for more than one Global Product Line.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
• Work closely with the head of the respective Global Product Lines and the Global product board to support development of the Product Lines generation plan with aggressive, but realistic targets.
• Provide financial support in the make vs. buy and make vs. make process for the Product Line.
• Work closely with the Sectors and Global teams of Manufacturing, R&D, Purchasing and Marketing to ensure best financial information flow and delivery of the targets.
• Support the Global Product Line team in driving continuous range optimisation in terms of profitability, revenue and complexity.
• Support the roll-out of IPP (integrated product planning) ensuring the financial link/consistency between the regional strategic Plans and the Global Product Line plans.
• Provide financial support to Project Manager for Global Product Development Projects.
• Assist in the creation of Global Investment Requests, drive the creation of the related business cases and Initiatives, and follow-up on already approved investments. Prepare material for IR reviews in the approval forums.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reports.
• Manage the Global Product Line cost center, budget, planning and follow-up on costs.
• Present the financial development of the Product Line in the Global Product Boards.
• Set yearly Global Product Board Metrics and ensure monthly/quarterly tracking.
You will work close to the business and you will report to Operationally to SVP Global Product Line and Functionally to the Global Controller CTO.

Who are we looking for?
You have a relevant degree in economy at university level and at least five years experience of a role as controller, where you have worked closely to the business. You have the experience of working with financial performance, target setting and monitoring and investment controlling. In addition, you have experience of working in an international environment with English as a language.
As a person you are enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active. You are analytical, well-organised and have a strong eye for detail and the ability to draw conclusions. Furthermore, you are a communicative person who creates confidence and likes to do business.
