Are you a newly graduated engineer interested in a challenging but developing assignment at a company with sustainability in their DNA? Look no further!
AFRY is currently undergoing substantial changes regarding the IT environment. Old and slow solutions are replaced with modern software with more capability and finesse. One very important upgrade is that of the ERP-system.
We aim to recruit a new Global Process Owner in the "People-area" that will focus on Time and Travel & Expense reporting process developments and rollouts. This support position will act as the new Global Process Owner's right hand and will be an important sounding board to ensure an effective process.
You will work in a global team, located in various AFRY-office locations across the planet and will be heavily involved in the HR and financial systems development.
Your responsibility will be to support the Global Process Owner meaning to:
Develop global time and travel & expense processes
Coordinate the People deliverables in relevant ERP-system (IFS) modules
Update and document business process / requirements
Participate in global rollouts
Work closely with HR and project teams
Specify and test functionality
Ability to travel will be needed to successfully perform you duties.
Qualifications
To get a good start at us we believe that you are a newly graduated engineer, ready for an exciting challenge! Preferably you have a M.Sc. in industrial engineering or similar.
Since the project is working in an international environment your English needs to be fluent. Speaking Swedish is considered meritorious.
We are looking for someone with excellent presentation and communication skills. Since you will have a coordinating role, good knowledge of MS Office and online collaboration tools such as Teams and Sharepoint are necessary.
Basic understanding of IT-development and a general interest in IT topics are needed.
Due to the nature of the project, eagerness to travel and working internationally is required.
