hela Sverige You will in this position be a part of Global Parts team within Volvo Construction Equipment Customer Solutions, which is responsible for the commercial drive of our parts offerings in the aftermarket. The diverse team is responsible for global strategies, global pricing, global marketing activities and to manage the maintenance and development of our parts product portfolio. Our offering shall enhance the total experience of owning and operating Volvo Construction Equipment. Your will be responsible for Atermarket Pricing activities such as updating the pricing system with Suggested list prices and parts master data, analyze Global Price levels and manage aftermarket price requests.
MAIN TASKS
• To update the pricing system with Suggested list prices and parts master data
• Analyze and resolve price complaints within given time and answer
• To manage and reply to aftermarket price requests within functional mailboxes
• Update Parts pricing in ISL for projects and in Weekly Parts Price list
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage price availability
• Price Code Classification
• Support in price quality work related to price complaints
• Development of used processes, policies and procedures
• Represent pricing (all regions) in global work groups
• Support in price quality work related to price complaints

AUTHORITIES
• Represent pricing in Machine Launch project organization
• To update/Change list prices in all regional price lists
• To update/change parts master data in Pricing system

COMPETENCE
• Experience in the operations of the company
• Experience in quality improvement and ability to work with many information systems
• Experience with general business principles
• Good commercial understanding
• Technical experience and/ or interest
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Good analytical, communicative and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS office applications
• Good English skills - written and spoken
• University degree in business/engineering
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications (Excel/Access)
• Excellent commercial understanding
• Customer focused and excellent analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage time and prioritize work load
• Analytic and methodological approach
• Good written, oral and presentation skills
• Fluent in English written and spoken is required, other languages are qualifying
• Technical understanding of construction equipment machinery is a preferred asset
