What's in it for you?
We are now looking for a teammate to our HQ payroll officer. You will be a part of the Global Mobility team, which consists of relocation specialists and global mobility partners. We are working in an international and exiting environment .The department is in development and you will have a great chance to impact the role.
What you'll do
As a payroll officer in our global mobility team you will be responsible to secure payments and benefits for Volvo Car Corporation IS Employees (ISES) worldwide. Every month you will create salary information sheet to send to each host country. Keeping deadlines will be a crucial part of your job.
You will help out with applying for different certificate for tax and social security purpose. You will also be first point of contact in payroll and tax related questions. Further you will be involved in updating in Volvos personal system and handling with salary review and promotions. You will have the opportunity to take part in process development, by identify areas for improvement etc.
Do you fit the profile?
* University degree in Finance or equivalent
* Experience in Payroll or related business
* Good system understanding and efficient data handling
* Fluent in English
