Would you like to become a Global Expert and Advisor in Problem Solving within the Global Quality organisation?
The role of Global Quality is to increase customer satisfaction by enabling our organisation and employees to deliver superior products and services. The Global Quality Organisation fulfils its role by leading the definition of the global quality strategy and goals, and ensuring the effectiveness of processes, quality governance, and customer issue resolution.
As a Global Expert and Advisor for Problem Solving you will lead the global deployment of Tetra Pak's Problem Solving Methodology, to enable a structured and effective resolution of customer and other product quality related issues. This position can be based in Lund or Modena.
Main responsibilities
• Identify, measure and monitor the organisational competence gaps in problem solving methodologies and attitudes
• Plan, lead and follow-up on competence development activities in problem solving related skills, such as training, coaching and knowledge sharing
• Communicate benefits of problem solving methodology and act as ambassador for the organisation
• Lead, support and/or coach individuals, teams and managers to effectively apply and encourage the application of the problem solving methodology to issue resolution
• Propose measures and objectives for the correct application of problem solving methodologies; monitor and report on their implementation
• Contribute to the improvement of the problem solving methodologies related procedures and tools
• Drive problem solving competence networks to share learning and best practices across the organisation
• Act as PSM Global Expert, responding at short notice to support Tetra Pak organisations on location worldwide in trouble-shooting complex problems
Publiceringsdatum2011-09-13KvalifikationerTo be successful in this role you need significant background and experience in Problem Solving Methodologies in practice such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, WCM or other. Basic project management skills and experience in project planning tools is mandatory.
We believe you have an analytical mindset and a methodical and coaching approach when working togehter with a team. It is important that you feel comfortable interacting with customers, managers or board members advising on the best solution to a problem. Your interpersonal and networking skills are excellent and you feel strongly committed to achieving customer satisfaction.
Your preferred education is a university degree in business administration, engineering or statistics. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have a very good knowledge of basic office software applications.
This position requires travelling of approximately 50% of your time.
