Then the position Global Expert within our global process team Care to assist (C2A) might be the next step for you. The purpose of the C2A process is to secure consistent product performance for our customers and in our manufacturing & maintenance processes for the entire product portfolio. The process team works within Customer Issue Resolution and together with markets and central organisation we strive to deliver a world class experience.
We're business owner of a tool with more than 6000 users supporting the process of capturing all customer issues. Currently we're in a transformation to change the process and replace the tool within the coming years - where you will have a chance to contribute.
This position can be based in Tetra Pak locations within Europe. The role is hybrid-remote with minimum 3 days in office location and a possibility for 2 days working from home.
What you will do
The Global Expert provide expertise in transformational development and continuous improvement of the tools used in the C2A process.
Your main responsibilities:
Document requirements in writing, manage handover to IT development, support testing and secure implementation of solution.
Analyse data, best practices and new process or system improvements, prioritize and translate business needs in system requirements.
Manage the backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements.
Provide global business and system expertise in projects and activities.
Collaborate in relevant networks with stakeholders across several organizations.
Work closely with key stakeholders to achieve process performance.

We believe that you are an energetic, autonomous, and goal-oriented person, an exceptional team player with great collaboration skills. As a Global Expert you will need strong analytic and problem-solving skills, can capture business end user needs and write them down as technical requirements for the IT development team. Working with tool developers you must find the best way forward, based on the needs and the possible technical limitations. You thrive in a high-paced working environment.
Process orientation, service attitude active listening and focus on results will also be essential to the success of this position. You will need good organizational skills meaning you will be able to prioritize and structure work related matters. You have effective communication skills and to build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. For this role fluent English is required. Experience of SAP or other tools and/or similar transformation experience will be an advantage.
