Mölnlycke is now looking for a Global Director Central Wound Care PMO - a newly created role with a mission to build and embed a culture of project management excellence across the global Wound Care Business Area. You will strengthen and standardize project and portfolio management practices across key functions such as R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Market Access - ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency.
You will also enable strategic decision-making by driving robust governance, data-driven prioritization, and clear, transparent reporting. Leading the global PMO team, you'll foster a collaborative and cross-functional PMO community built on agility, entrepreneurship, and delivering tangible business impact.
Here's how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:
Define and implement objectives and KPIs to drive transformation toward project management excellence across the Wound Care Business Area.
Develop and maintain portfolio and project models leveraging integration of digital tools and data analytics aligned with WC BA strategy, in collaboration with global stakeholders and Mölnlycke systems.
Own and evolve tools, dashboards, and methodologies for prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Ensure governance reporting supports informed decision-making at the Wound Care Business Area Leadership Team and global steering forums.
Lead and develop the global PMO team, focusing on capability building, performance, and organizational efficiency.

What you bring
Capabilities
Project Management Expertise: Certified senior project manager (PMI or equivalent); skilled in agile, canvas, and hybrid methodologies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset; focused on outcomes and value creation.
Leadership: Experienced in leading global teams; drives performance, accountability and development. Exceptional in governance and performance tracking
Qualifications
University degree in business, engineering, or life sciences.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, high-impact global projects in a regulated environment (preferably the med tech sector, though experience from other regulated industries is also considered relevant).
Proven track record in organizational transformation and change leadership.
Minimum 5 years in a global leadership role with proven experience in regulated environments
