Your Role

As a Service Specialist you will act as the face and the voice of the company, communicating with customers, receiving and managing all forms of customers' inquiries and participating in the monitoring of various systems and processes.

In this position you will learn how all systems and applications work as well as how to use them in different set-ups, new implementations and upgrades.

Your Responsibility

Service Requests:

• Receive and handle incoming emails and telephone calls
• Manage reported issues, actively taking part in their resolution
• Be in constant contact with other departments in order to resolve customers’ requests

Information handling:

  * Gather all information necessary for requests
• Create and maintain manuals for internal use
• Gather and forward information on new releases, solutions and other support related data
• Update and train colleagues and new recruits
• Inform other departments about customers’ requirements or questions that are not related to support

Your Profile

• You have an interest in both Customer Services and IT. Issues you’ll be working with can range from very simple to quite complex
• A high level of communication skills
• You are an initiative-taker and get motivated by solving problems
• You are a reliable and responsible team-player, always ready to lend a hand and share your experiences
• A positive mind-set with a “can-do” attitude, a willingness to always learn more and look for solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in English, German and Swedish both written and oral is required. Any other language skills are meriting
• Experience with systems and/or applications' support (merit)
• University degree in IT/Informatics (merit)
