Our customer is a leading niche bank in the Nordic region providing unsecure consumer loans and deposits to around 150,000 customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany. The company was founded by six entrepreneurs with extensive risk management experience and over the course of over ten years, they have built a customer centric and low risk culture, signifying their day-to-day operations and every decision they make. Job description
Our customer is looking for a committed and service-oriented employee for their German Customer Operations team. The mission of their Customer Operations department is to provide an excellent service to their customers from loan application to disbursement, and - after that - for the entire customer 's lifecycle. The department consists of approximately 120 employees divided into four country organizations, a Legal Collections unit and three supporting functions (Operations Development, Sales and AML).

You will work with both existing and new customers and your role will consist in providing excellent customer service and sales to the customers. As the communication with the customers is mainly done over the telephone you should feel comfortable with the phone as your foremost working tool.

Qualifications
To fit in the role as a customer advisor we believe you:

* Are fluent in German and has a basic knowledge of both English and Swedish
* Has experience from customer service and likes to communicate over the telephone
* Has good computer skills and is not afraid of new programs or systems
* Has a degree from secondary school

Personality
Our customer is looking for a service minded team player that is structured and have a goal oriented approach. You have a problem-solving attitude and are open to change. Further you are social, flexible and loyal.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Heltid Working hours between 8.30-17.00 or 11.30-20.00, requires that you are flexible and can work according to both working periods. Full time 38.75 h/week, summer time 33.75 h/week (June - August) Direct recruitment to our customer company.
