Role Summary
The Geometry Assurer ensures the quality of the digital geometry within the TRATON modular system throughout the entire development process. The role focuses on making sure designs are buildable and identifying any issues that could hinder this. It involves analyzing models and structures using geometry assurance tools and supporting design teams by creating and maintaining complex digital environments. Operating at a complete vehicle level, including chassis, cab, and bus projects, the position requires a strong understanding of the modular system. Ultimately, the Geometry Assurer plays a key role in maintaining design integrity and ensuring the final product meets all specifications.
Job Resposibilities
Analyze and validate digital models using advanced geometry assurance tools.
Build and maintain complex environments to support design teams.
Work across complete vehicle levels - chassis, cab, and bus projects.
Drive continuous improvement and highlight critical deviations early.
Collaborate in an agile setup with PI planning, sprints, and daily stand-ups.
Who You Are
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experienced in CAD/DMU and geometry analysis tools.
Strong understanding of modular systems and complete vehicle architecture.
Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working.
Curious, proactive, and eager to make a difference.
