Now we are about to step things up. Increased digitalisation calls for a new kind of agency. Are you the game-changer we are looking for? Do you have what it takes to develop the most successful full-service digital agency in Sweden? Are you Maverick's new COO?
The role
Your role is to assure the growth and development of Maverick - while consistently delivering a true WOW experience, internally as well as externally.
You will lead a management team of 6 great leaders and have the operating responsibility of 80 mavericks located in Gothenburg, Malmö and Stockholm. So yes, the position requires 3 to 5 traveling days/month
Your responsibilities are to identify growth opportunities, negotiate with partners, build and implement efficient processes and strategies - and most importantly - manage and assure smooth and efficient project deliveries to our clients.
This is also a role that takes culture and values seriously. You must be a people person with a sense for creative work and the importance of relationships.
Your background
We believe that you have previous experience of successfully operating a digital agency in a relevant leadership role, preferably within a management team. You are business oriented and have great understanding of people and company culture. You love doing business and have probably throughout the years built a wide network.
Furthermore, you:
• Have a university degree
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Have experience from a consultant agency, preferably in advertising or design
• Have great leadership skills
This is the perfect position for a result- and goal-oriented person who is flexible and love to explore and discuss ideas.
