Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2021 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for
2 years connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world!

This position is located in Lund.
What you will do:
You will become part of a team of software developers that are responsible for developing our connectivity and Industrial IoT infrastructure & platform. You will work with software development, maintenance, operation, debugging and testing, alongside a diverse team of software and development engineers. We are looking for a passionate software developer with a natural curiosity for modern software technology, possibly in combination with a deep interest in computer networking and communication technologies. Our hope is that you will develop into a technology specialist with one foot in computer network communication and one foot in modern software development.

On the other hand, you are also analytical and organized which makes it easy for you to create structure and keep track on parallel things. You enjoy working in an international environment and you have a genuine interest in programming and software development.
• You have (or will have) a completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or Software Engineering (finished no later than 2020-2021)
• You have knowledge or experience in software development and possibly in microservices architectures.
• You are interested in computer networking and computer communication technologies.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken
• You are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during internal rotations
• Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
