Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 1 years connected to your specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

As Future Talent Process Engineer you will become part of the Project Process Engineering Team in Lund sitting within our Cluster Engineering Department within the Europe & Central Asia Processing Solutions & Equipment organization. You will work in close cooperation with our market companies in Europe and Central Asia and other places across the world. Building the puzzle; driving, taking forward and delivering process design, mechanical and functional design accordingly towards set requirements and specifications within our customer development project. You will work with colleagues in cross-functional projects delivering customer solutions for end-user. We hope that you develop into an important Process Engineer Specialist for our organization.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lots of energy, curiosity and strong drive for results. You are open, eager to develop and learn new things. You enjoy problem solving and have the ability to engage others with your ideas. Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about what you do/about the area of Process Engineering and Design.
Qualifications
• You have a preferred Master's degree within Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or similar.
• You have finished your Master's in 2019 or will finish your Master's spring 2020 (newly graduate).
• You possibly have max one-year relevant experience within Process Engineering & Design.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are flexible/mobile and willing to rotate internally.
• Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
