Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 1-2 years connected to your specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are looking for Two Future Talents within Automation for our PSE Projects, Engineering & Plant Automation organization that works with business improvement projects for our customers. Both roles will work with our automation solutions for our customers but with some different focuses. You could either end up working as Automation Engineer or Technical Support Leader Automation depending on your profile and interest.
As Future Talent Automation Engineer you will be focusing on developing, designed and testing our automation solutions for our Automation platform. You will be programming automation solutions in either C#, HMI or PLC language depending on your skills, experience and preferences. You will innovate and contribute independently to the different parts of our Tetra Pak PlantMaster platform and work with continuous problem solving.
As Future Talent Technical Support Leader Automation you will be focusing on proactive automation support, automation training and reactive automation issue resolution towards our market companies. You will help our users with support and training within our automation system Tetra Pak PlantMaster and you will also help to handle automation issue resolution coming through our tool QuTI-P. Your work includes various areas; from testing developed automation solutions, to updating training material for new automation product releases. You will become an expert of our automation system Tetra Pak PlantMaster and explain its technology for our end-usage.

Who you are

Qualifications
• You have a master's degree/ equal education within Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• You have finished your degree in 2019 or will finish education in spring 2020 (newly graduate).
• You possibly have maximum of one-year relevant experience Automation or Programming.
• Programming in one or more languages: C# / HMI / Java / Java Script / PLC / SCADA is desired.
• Skills and experience within UX/UI Design and/or SQL-databases is considered a merit.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
• Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
