Volvo CE Electrical and Electronic System technology platform is developing Electrical and Electronic Systems for all Volvo CE machines. It is a fast growing technology area, today globally organized in 23 different departments on 8 locations in 6 countries. A new department will be located in Braås and responsible for developing Electronic System in Haulers. You will be a part of forming the new department.
The Volvo CE product family is growing rapidly with the launch of many new products. To enable efficient development of electric and electronic systems for all different products, Volvo CE uses a common system architecture and software platform. Our challenge is to continue our leading edge and develop the platform according to our customer future needs.
Job description:
A Functional project leader is in essence a result driven person with technical qualifications in electronics and hauler knowledge. Naturally you are also skilled in the responsibilities and expectations associated with the role. You are responsible for the total electric and electronic delivery within the machine projects. You enjoy working with people and are a good communicator that understands the importance of foreseeing, and mitigate risks by planning, prioritization and spreading information.
Technical qualifications
Master or Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or similar
Experience of developing SW for embedded systems
Experience of typical supporting processes for development
Experience of requirement management and documentation of SW
Personal qualifications
Good communicational skills
Good leadership
Experience with working in projects
Result driven
