You are passionate about technology and innovation. You feel motivated to be a part of improving IKEA's digital capabilities, to keep learning and to forget the obsolete. You have proven training in computer engineering, computer science or equivalent. You are confident in digging into code and has knowledge of how things work.
We think you have experience in open source and cloud-based solutions with agile development practices.
You have focus on the front-end technology as vanilla Javascript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, APIs, and knowledge about UX/UI, Web Design is also very desirable.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Country Product Specialist, you will develop, test and maintain systems and services, be responsible for software development, and drive the development of digital products that enhance customer experience.
Some of the main responsibilities:
• contribute to the development and maintenance of products and solutions by working as part of an agile team
• work with business stakeholders to understand and translate needs into product ideas
• be responsible for the development of software code using good practices and agreed standards
• produce required specifications and ensure that digital solutions work together and fulfil business needs by collaborating with developers in other countries and in Global Group Digital as well as external vendors
• monitor local technologies and system trends, and evaluate their possible business benefits

Country Group Digital contributes to the growth of IKEA and improves the customer 's life at home. Country Group Digital also works together with all functions to ensure co-workers have the digital tools and capabilities they need to do their best work.
Ensure IKEA digital products and platforms are delivered with excellence to meet the needs of customers and co-workers in order to enhance the whole IKEA shopping experience.
Ensure digital deployments are done with excellence and in coordination with Global Group Digital and all other country functions.
