Information about the position
Professionals Nord is on behalf of PAAM Systems AB, looking for an individual that would be eager to support existing franchisees in the PAAM Concept and who wishes to find new candidates for Master Licenses around Europe. The position refers to a recruitment which means you will be employed directly by our client 's company. We manage the recruitment process for PAAM Systems AB in form of selection, interview, and presentation to the client.
The PAAM Concept includes a smart, interactive, time saving system for key handling and connected electronic hardware to it. The products are innovated, developed, and constructed in Sweden by PAAM Systems AB who is the Licensor of the concept.
PAAM Systems are always striving to get better and evolve by innovative ways and products. To be able to stay ahead in the market they now wish to strengthen the PAAM Family with new coworkers. When searching for franchise candidates you will have Europe as your market and great development opportunities.
Your employment will start with a four-week orientation which will cover the company 's background and future vision, mixed with practical work to better understand the company. You will be a part of a small and tight team that works very well together, and you will be assigned a mentor. Your job is to find and attract new candidates for Master Licensees around Europe. Since Europe is your market, travels will occur. Even though the company is Swedish the main language within the franchise is English. You will be networking, participating in meetings and write correspondence and ads in English to attract and find new franchise candidates. You will need to learn how different markets work and find ways to make PAAM 's franchise concept visible amongst others.
You will be supporting current and future Master Licensees, which includes providing information and guidance about the PAAM products, market, and franchise concept. The job requires both collaboration and independent work. You will be responsible for your own day to day work according to agreed plans and deadlines.

• Attract and find candidates for a Master License.
• Support and guide Master Licensees in their business.
We are looking for
We believe that your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role. Previous experience within an international company is an advantage. However, more important is that you have a good self-perception and a mature personality. You will interact with many different people from different countries and cultures; therefore, we see a person with high social skills, who is structured and responsible in nature.
You need to be able to express yourself fluently in English, both orally and in writing. You have basic computer skills and are used to work with Microsoft-Office package.
