Location: Bromma, Stockholm
Period: Full-time position with an initial probation period of six months
Full time: 40 hours per week
Statutory Vacation Entitlement: 25 days
In this position, you will work with managing /supervising our framework agreements and related contracts (coordinating and administering our framework agreements and related contracts and assignments with clients, consultants etc.) and with communications (enhancing the visibility of our services and contributions etc.).
Specific duties include:
Coordinating and administering existing framework agreements /contracts /assignments through continuous liaison and contacts with clients, consultants etc. in collaboration with the NCG Sweden partners;
Supporting the development of tenders, including tenders for framework agreements and related contracts, and specific consultancy assignments;
Supporting the development of NCG Sweden's existing reference database and a potential CV database with an emphasis on junior consultants;
Developing and executing a communications strategy in close collaboration with the NCG Sweden partners - the strategy should take into consideration NCG Sweden's expertise, values, strategies and resources;
Managing NCG's social medias and website e.g. developing, editing and promoting communications content (social media posts, blog content, website updates, etc.) focusing on NCG Sweden's gender work and services.
Other:
We are looking for someone who is interested in, and has experience of, international development cooperation and who has a masters degree in international development, global studies or similar.
