hela Sverige We are now looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to our Regional Finance department in EMEA, location Stockholm. You will be responsible for providing high quality, in time reporting and analysis, in order to support stakeholders in the Region in meeting the targets for business performance, profitability and growth. Another responsibility is also consolidation of the overall EMEA budget and forecasting process, with support from the Commercial Controllers. This is a new role and great opportunity to shape it together with us!

Responsibilities
• EMEA overall financial planning & analysis accountable.
• EMEA overall financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly processes.
• Consolidate input from Sales countries budgeting and forecasting process.
• Business Partner to EMEA Leadership and EMEA functions, providing data and analysis to increase transparency and make decision making efficient.
• Proactively suggest actions to improve profitability and growth.
• Support and consolidate OPEX and COGS initiatives, tracking and follow up.
• Support and consolidate working capital reporting (Inventory, Receivables & Payables)
• Support/participate actively in the implementation of IT tools/systems.
• BPX for Financial Reporting Systems.
Your profile
Minimum 6-8 years with Accounting or Financial Controlling, preferably in a multi-country environment with Manufacturing experience. Solid Finance background and understanding of how to work with and support a Business environment. Understand reporting requirements and financial systems structure.
