Right now, we are looking for a fluent English-speaking telesales executive (additional languages like French, Spanish, Portuguese, German etc. would be a plus), whose key role will be to:

Sell delegate seats at financial conferences and training courses world-wide, organized by a major, reputable British event organizer
Provide accurate and efficient information to potential attendees to events
Ensure efficient and timely coverage of the data relevant to the project
Carry out effective credit control to ensure payment is received after the registration
Liaise with existing Clients on a regular basis and ensure they are fully familiar with forthcoming events and any special offers they may be entitled to
Look out for new potential Clients by keeping abreast the local and global economic situation as well as help develop new markets and events based on the feedback received from those contacted
Provide the Management with a written Weekly Feedback Report with a summary of most typical responses
Continuously upgrade delegate information and maintain an up-to-date level of data in order to support the implementation of a an effective database
Come up to speed quickly and ensure to be constantly up to date with the portfolio of products we sell in order to allow cross-selling current and future events
Be an active member of the Sales Team

As an effective Telesales Executive, you are an excellent communicator with superior people skills. You are comfortable introducing products or services over the phone, are fast thinking and able to deal with any unexpected issues and questions that may arise.
To be considered for this position

• You have some previous business/telesales experience
• You have proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, ideally over the phone
• You are comfortable and confident dealing with and selling to senior executives
• You are ambitious and thrive on a challenge
• You are hardworking and happy to go an extra mile when required
• You are very positive, enthusiastic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You can follow the instructions but also take a lead and initiative when required
• You have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• You are fully computer literate & familiar with standard Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) and some CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
• You have a genuine interest in current affairs (both business and political)

We work in a small, multicultural, multilingual Team and offer a nice working environment, competitive rates of pay with plenty of scope for learning and personal development.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Initially Project Based (for the period of 3 months) with a possibility of extension to permanent employment for a successful Candidate 35 hours/week, 08:00 - 16:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 (this includes breaks)
