What we do
We at Vehicle Service Information (EYS) are passionate about Uptime and Serviceability, as well as allowing our workshops to be best in class in supporting our customers when they come in for a workshop visit.
Daily, 16,000 Mechanics maintain, troubleshoot and repair Scania vehicles and engines worldwide, so it is very important to quickly diagnose and repair vehicles to get the customer back on the road again.
At the group, Diagnostic Enablement and Verification (EYSDB), we handle the delivery and verify the quality of the aftermarket support system needed to troubleshoot, maintain and repair vehicles. We are also responsible for enabling the production of new diagnostic content.
To succeed in our mission we have a deep collaboration with various development and service departments and our goal is to ensure that we have great quality and are releasing the right functionality at the right time to make our products service-friendly, efficient and safe to work with.
Your Assignment
You will lead and build up a new group starting with 7 employees consisting of Test Managers, Configuration Managers and Software Developers.
The group's responsibilities will be to verify and ensure the quality of our complete customer delivery of our service market systems and also enabling our diagnostic content creators to deliver in an efficient way. To achieve this you will need to define how you want your team to work and recruit more testing personnel
The role requires that you can lead your team in building new processes and solving technical problems with a customer-centric perspective.
As group manager at EYSDB, you are a part of the EYSD management team and will contribute to the development of the entire department. Who are you?

• You have positive attitude and find it engaging to encounter challenges and new creative solutions.
• In your work, you will have extensive cross-functional collaboration where communication skills are important.
• As a manager, you are engaged and know that feedback and transparency is key to build a great team.
• You can achieve good results together with others and feel comfortable to delegate.
• You have a master's degree in engineering or IT
• You write and speak fluently in English and Swedish
• A background in automotive and/or embedded systems test and development is a merit
