StudentWork is now looking for Finnish-speaking people to Teleperformances customer-support in Ljusdal, Sweden!
Do you want to work with problem-solving, customer service and happiness? This could be the right job for you!
As customer support at Teleperformance, you will sit in teams and take incoming calls from your customers regarding everything from technical problems to warranty questions.
You will work with well-known products and receive calls from Finnish customers. That means you will be using Finnish as your main language. You need to be able to communicate in English as well.
You will begin your employment with a training period where you will learn the products and how to handle the calls.
Accommodation can be arranged during your first time in Ljusdal.
We are looking for service-minded people who want to be a part of an important work-team.
